Before resevation, please check, as follows,
As you all know, Japanese houses are built very narrow, compared to foreign houses.
Japanese wheelchairs are manufactured in the size suitable for use in such a unique housing in Japan.
In order to put those wheelchairs, a Japanese car exclusively for wheelchair is specially made.

In the past, when we were trying to carry overseas customers to the Japanese wheelchair accessible taxi, there were many times when overseas wheelchairs were too big to be put on the car.
In this case, the biggest problem is weight.
Basically, the car itself is designed to carry people with standard Japanese weight and height.
For that reason, currently we could not offer services to support large wheelchair in western big size due to over-weight and over-height.

Also, when a big body customer gets on the car, who uses even an electric wheelchair made in Japan for Japanese, the lift of the car will be stopped because of exceeding gross weight of the lift.
Therefore, we have experienced handling with a struggle to carry only the customer in the seat first and store the electric wheelchair alone in the car with the lift.

In western countries situation of the wheelchair accessible taxi, it seems that the size both the car and wheelchair is bigger than Japanese ones.
However, in Tokyo, we have hardly seen the wheelchair-dedicated car that is able to carry such a large wheelchair.

Even in this current situation in Tokyo, our company group would like to correspond to overseas customers on the following conditions.

�C Length of wheelchair (approximate) 1,080 mm or less
